Ask the company what level of training they require from their licensed RNs and PAs. You should also ask them if they earned their degrees from schools that have dependable science and medical programs. Ask the agency if they have a list of references that you can check. This is often one of the best ways to determine how dependable the companies are because you can talk directly to clients that have used their services before. Ask them if they can give you a written quote for the services that you need. After you have talked to several staffing agencies, you should be able to compare the quotes and decide which ones meet your budget best and which ones over charge.
